Age Limit: Maximum age limit of the candidate is 50 years. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Recognized Degree in any branch of engineering or technology or Architecture or a Recognized Degree in industrial safety with at least one paper in construction safety and chemical/ electrical safety, and adequate knowledge of Hindi and English language for Safety Officer; MBBS, including completion of compulsory rotating internship, Post-graduate diploma in an appropriate branch of Medicine, MD, or MS, in an appropriate branch of Medicine for Medical Officer; Master’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks, A retired/ released/ in service Commissioned Officer of Army/ Navy/ Air Force, Dy. Superintendent of Police/ Assistant Commandant of Police for Security Officer with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written/ trade test and/or interview.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.500/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The Registrar, IIT Kanpur” payable at Kanpur. SC/ ST/ PH are exempted from the fee.
