BPCL Recruitment 2013 – Craftsman Vacancies: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has issued notification for the recruitment of 10 Craftsman posts. Eligible candidates can apply through prescribed application form on or before 21-06-2013. BPCL Vacancy Details:
Total No of Posts: 10
Name of the Posts: Craftsman (Grade -7)
1. Mechanical: 06 Posts
2. Instrumentation: 04 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 30 years as on 01-05-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Diploma in Engineering (Full time course) in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electronics with minimum qualifying marks of 60 % in aggregate of all semesters / years for General /OBC candidates. Relax-able to 50% for SC/ST candidates. Engineering graduates are not eligible for the post.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in written test and personal interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply through prescribed application format along with all relevant documents and super scribed on the envelope with “Application for: Name of the post with Discipline” and send to the Chief Manager (HR), BPCL Mumbai Refinery, Mahul, Mumbai 400074 on or before 21-06-2013.

Last Date for Receipt of Application: 21-06-2013.

Management Trainee - Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL)


Pay Scale: Rs. 24,900/- (Scale of Pay Rs. 24,900 - 50500).

Educational Requirements: Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examination (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc- (Engg.) in First Attempt in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering (excluding Production / Mechatronics / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering etc.) from Indian Universities / Institutes / Colleges recognized by AICTE/UGC (full time regular courses only)

Qualifications: Candidates, belonging to General and OBC (Non- Creamy Layer or NCL) categories, should have secured minimum 60% marks in qualifying degree examination. The applicable minimum percentage of marks for Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) /Persons With Disability (PWD) candidates is 50%.

How To Apply: 1. Candidates who wish to apply for the post of “Management Trainee” in BPCL will be required to take the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering – 2013 (GATE-2013) in Mechanical Engineering discipline (Corresponding GATE 2013 Paper code for Mechanical Engineering discipline is ME).

2. GATE 2013 is scheduled on 10th February 2013 (Sunday) for the Mechanical Engineering discipline.

3. For detailed information on GATE-2013, interested candidates may log on to www.gate.iitb.ac.in or any of the following websites of other IITs and Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.
