Age limit: Candidates age should be below 25 years as on 15-10-2013. Upper age limit is relaxed for 5 years in case of SC/ST/PHP and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates who have passed SSLC and ITI, in following trades are only eligible Turner, Welder, PASAA/COPA, Electrician, DMM, Machinist, R&AC, Fitter, Electronic Mechanic, SMW and Electroplater). Candidates who have passed ITI on or after 01-01-2011 are only eligible for appearing for the selection.

Selection Process: Selection of STAs will be through written test only.

How to Apply: Candidates can appear for “Walk-In-Selection” at any one of the selection centers (i.e.,Gulbarga, Hubli, Bhadravathi, Mysore and Bangalore). Candidates should bring the SSLC Marks Card (as proof of age), ITI Original Marks Cards Issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), SC / ST / PHP/ OBC Certificates (if applicable) to be produced in original for verification during the selection process at selection centers.
