Age Details - Candidates age should be between 21 Years to 40 years as on 01 july 2012 .
Note - Age relaxations will be extended as per govt rules .
Educational Qualification - Candidates should have B.SC Degre and One year Diploma in hygience and Sanitation from State health society .

1. For General And OBC Category candidates - Rs. 220/- (Exam Fee Rs. 150 + Postal Dept. Fee Rs. 40 + Stamp for Hall Ticket/ Admit card Rs. 30/-)
2. For SC , ST , PWD Category Candidates - Rs. 130/- (Exam Fee Rs. 60/- + Postal Dept.Fee Rs. 40 + Stamp for Hall Ticket/ Admit Card Rs. 30/-)
Selection process - Eligible Candidates will be selected on Screening Test & Fitness test Performance base .
